PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1) STSL Series Lenses
STSL scanner lensesspecially designed and optimized for use in CO2 laser 2-axis galvo-scanner systemswith full beam diameters of up to15.0mm. Mirror sets appropriate for use with beamdiameters up to15mmrequirean increase in mirror separation in comparison with smaller mirrors. These changedoptical conditions are catered for by the STSL series. These single-elementlenses are designed to represent the best achievable compromise for on-axis andoff-axis aberrations, field flatness and F-theta characteristics, obtainableusing single-element spherical-surface designs of (standard)48mmdiameter. The lens materials is ZnSe.

Remark:
(1) The lenses are meniscus form; one concaveand one convex surface. The concave always faces the incident beam.
(2)The mirror locations arethe same for every STSL lens, so any lens can replace any other in the cell andbe correctly positioned. The field sizes given, assume an optical field angleof +/-20deg.
(3) Focusedspot diameters assume a 15mm diameter full beam (approximately 12mm 1/e2)and TEM00mode (M2= 1). The ‘average’ is the mean of 25field positions in a quadrant.
(4) For all STSL lenses, the diameter is 48.0+0/-0.1 mm, and the edgethickness is 3.0 +/-0.1 mm.
