PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
FlexiSpec® product line – is a cluster of innovative FiberOptic Probes and Fiber Probe Couplers designed for in-line analytical analysisin broad spectral range – from UV to Mid-IR.
FlexiSpec® family ofImmersion Fiber Probes includes ATR, Transmission, Transflection, Fluorescenceand Diffuse Reflection probes - all compatible with any FT-MIR, FT-NIR ordispersion spectrometer, process-photometer, IR-LED or QCL spectral sensor touse in-line for PAT-applications.
FlexiSpec® Fiber ProbeCouplers (FPC) couple any FTIR - spectrometer with various fiber optic probesand upgrade it to eliminate sampling and to run reaction monitoring in-line.Ourfiber probe couplers provides high coupling efficiency for ATR-Absorption,Transmission or Reflection process-spectroscopy in a broad spectral range, fromUV to Mid-Infrared – to use fiber coupled FTIR spectrometer not only withLN-cooled MCT-detectors, but with uncooled detectors as well.
FlexiSpec® probes designis cleanable for many processes where probe optics can be contaminated bymedia. Industrial probes are compatible with process-interfaces SensoGate-FOSand Ceramat-FOS with approved fittings to secure their semi or full automateduse in complete process control systems. They can be retracted, cleaned andcalibrated during chemical process – to enable remote process-control in anyliquid, gas or solid mixtures under harsh environmental conditions. Combinedwith FTIR or UV/Vis spectrophotometers, our fiber probes facilitate qualitativeand quantitative product analysis and enable the determination of specificchemical and physical properties.

We offer twocategories of FlexiSpec® product portfolio: standard andcustomized. The standard products consist of preconfigured probes and probecouplers, which can be implemented in the laboratory, pilot plants or inproduction. The customized products allow users to custom configure fiberprobes and couplers based on their unique process requirements. Fiber probes for processspectroscopy are based on coherent bundle design which provides the best couplingefficiency with spectrometers, light emitters (LED, lasers, lamps, etc.) andmedia of spectral analysis to investigate its reflectance, fluorescence orabsorption spectra.
