PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Single or duallamp high-efficiency laser pump chambers can accommodate laser rods of 3 to10mmin diameter and up to180mmin length.
A laser pumpchamber consists of

Dry cooling, Laser head fitted withYAG rod and two flashlamps with flying leads. This laser head is designed tooperate with a dry gold cavity reflector similar to that of theTrumpf laser head.
Laser Head fitted with YAG rod andtwo flashlamps. These are fully immersed in DI water. This laser head isdesigned to operate with clean DI water . The laser head is similar tothat of the Rofin Baasel 500W unit. The applications are laser cutting and laser welding.

1) YAGrod: diameter and length;
2) Lamp,dimension of arc length, outside diameter, overall length, end type (basediameter and length) etc or model number. Please refer to our websites for moredetails of lamps.
Ordering Information:
* Whenplacing the order for the pump chamber, the buyer should tell us the dimensionsof the rod and the lamp or lamp’s model so that we can give right O-rings.* lampconnectors are not included in the pump chamber.
* Thelamp and rod are not integrated into the pump chamber for convenient shipping.If integration is needed, the buyer takes its risk of the rod and lamp to bebroken during the shipping. In general, separate package of lamp, rod and pumpchamber are safer.

Remark: For a same pumpchamber, larger rod will output much higher laser power but laser beam qualitybecomes worse.
How to Select a Pump Chamber
Themost important parameter to select a pump chamber is the average power you wantfrom the pump chamber. Once you finalise the power you want, then pleaseremember the following points in mind:
* (reflector length) = (rod length)–10mmfor a gold chamber.* (arclength of lamp) = (reflector length)
* (overalllength of lamp) = (arc length) +160mm(here160mmis thenumber according to our experience)
* (internaldiameter of lamp) = (rod diameter)
* For STK andSTX series lamps, glass tube’s thickness is1mm.
* (BASEdiameter) = (outside diameter) –2.5mm.In most cases, it is 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5,5.5 etc
* (BASElength) =8mmor10mm, which we recommend.
