We are pleased to introduce our latest product: the S4LFT5650-292, a 650 mm f-Theta lens specifically designed for use in additive manufacturing with green lasers by our supplier Sill Optics.

Additive manufacturing in the jewelry and luxury industry

Additive manufacturing can now be used to process more than just polymers. The ability to process metals such as gold or silver has also made the process attractive for the jewelry and luxury industry. The enormous creative freedom and high degree of complexity enable unique pieces of jewelry.

S4LFT5650-292: Specially designed for green lasers

Our S4LFT5650-292 is designed for green lasers with a wavelength of 532 nm. It impresses with better efficiency than alternatives in the infrared range and enables focus sizes from 32 µm to 38.5 µm in a field of 410 mm x 410 mm.

Highly transmitting quartz glass lenses

All lenses in the S4LFT5650-292 are made of highly transmitting fused silica and have a special coating that ensures that over 98% of the laser radiation passes through the lens. This lens is therefore also suitable for use with modern USP lasers.

Custom adjustments

As with all of our lenses, we also offer the option of adapting individual specifications such as focal length, wavelength or working distance to customer requirements for the S4LFT5650-292.
